Job Description

• Must have current & extensive People Tools / PeopleSoft HRMS Development (PeopleCode) experience.
• Must have HR functionalities hands-on experience in Workforce Administration (including Position Management), Compensation, Global Payroll, Absence Management, and Global Assignments.
• Expertise and hand on experience in technical tools like Page Design, PeopleCode, Application engine, File layouts, SQR, BI publisher, Application packages, Component interfaces, Integration Broker, Vision Hands-On experience with PeopleTools PeopleSoft HRMS upgrades tools and (PUM) is a big bonus.
• Collaborate with co-workers and customers to refine business requirements and provide comprehensive technical solutions.
• Proficient in developing Design Document and Technical Design Document.
