What critical experiences will you get?

You’ll be based out of one of our world-class manufacturing and distribution facilities. The goal of this Leadership Program is to develop the next great People leaders of PepsiCo. Your initial assignment will familiarize you with our day-to-day business operations and leading in a front-line Supply Chain organization.

This experience will include motivating a frontline team, problem-solving issues, and removing barriers to help “win the shift”. You will also track business-critical KPIs to identify trends and focus on meaningful projects that support PepsiCo’s journey to be a Faster, Stronger, and Better Company.
