Primary Care Provider

Provides high quality primary care to individuals, families, and groups of Community Health Center clients according to established professional and medical standards. Works collaboratively with other health care team members to meet both acute care, and health maintenance needs of clients. Maintains hospital privileges as necessary according to local institution's standards and requirements. Maintains professional licensure as appropriate. Fully established practice standards for productivity and appropriate utilization of care. Position is designed to support evening and or weekend hours.

Clinical

Provides ongoing high quality primary care to clients. Performs clinical procedures competently. Cares for acutely ill clients in in-patient or emergency room setting as necessary.
