**Job Description**

New York City Health + Hospitals is the largest public health care system in the country and serves 1.3 million New Yorkers, nearly 400,000 of whom are uninsured. It provides medical and mental health services through its 11 acute care hospitals, four skilled nursing facilities, six large diagnostic and treatment centers and more than 80 community-based clinics.

NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking psychologist to be an integral part of an interdisciplinary, facility-based comprehensive psychiatric emergency program (CPEP). The CPEP program is designed to help patients across the lifespan experiencing psychiatric emergencies and received linkages to all levels of care including acute inpatient care and higher level of care services such as partial hospitalization program.
