About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Rochester Gastroenterology Associates (RGA), you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with gastrointestinal conditions. Your primary focus will be to provide direct patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and compassionate treatment throughout their healthcare journey. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatments. This role demands a strong commitment to patient advocacy, ensuring that patients' needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
