Perfect Store Acceleration Leader

The **Perfect Store Acceleration Leader** is responsible for driving in-store excellence and Perfect Store strategic initiatives across **Türkiye, Caucasus, and Uzbekistan** . The role ensures robust data‑driven decision‑making, leads core Perfect Store strategic processes and projects, partners closely with OneDemand, and represents the Perfect Store agenda within S&OP+ forums. Additionally, the role oversees the planning and prioritization of value‑driving initiatives to maximize commercial impact across the CEA unit.



**What will be your key responsibilities?**



+ Lead continuous improvement of our in-store presence via analyzing Perfect Store data from various reporting tools, generating insights, setting and tracking Perfect store KPIs and guiding Sales teams towards excellence in execution.
