About the Role
We are building a performance-driven creative team focused on scaling paid social advertising across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. We already have a video editor. Now we’re hiring a performance copywriter to help us systematically research, script, and iterate high-converting ad creatives.
This is not a generic writing role. This is a creative strategy + scripting role built around testing, data, and repeatable wins. If you enjoy reverse-engineering ads, identifying patterns, and turning proven formats into scalable scripts, this role is for you.
