Role Purpose
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media across marketplaces and open web to hit ROAS and growth targets. Turn data into decisions using structured testing and clear reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Meta, and Google.
- Daily pacing and bid/budget tuning to KPI (CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS).
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Build recurring performance reports with insights and recommended actions.
- Research competitors and trends to unlock new opportunities.
- Partner with Creative/Ecommerce to ship high performing assets and promo alignment; support sales events.
Ways of Working
Daily: Budget pacing, anomaly checks, bid/creative rotation. Weekly: Channel deepdives; test backlog; creative briefs. Monthly: Strategy review; target resets.
