Performance Associate, Financial Operations

The Performance Associate is responsible for supporting the calculation, analysis, and reporting of investment performance for clients across the CI Wealth lines of business. This role ensures accurate and timely performance data, provides insights to support client reporting, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance performance measurement processes.

What You Will Do

Performance Calculation:

Validate reasonability of portfolio performance calculations, including time‑weighted and money‑weighted returns, attribution analysis, and risk‑adjusted measures.

Validate data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Reconcile performance results with custodians, third‑party providers, and internal systems.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and distribute performance reports for clients, advisors, and management, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
