About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative Performance Coordinator to support and improve the performance of our courier fleet. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls, handle behavior-related appeals, analyze operational data, and run calling campaigns to keep Client NL stakeholders informed and engaged. You will play a key part in helping couriers succeed while ensuring strong alignment with operational standards and performance expectations.
