Performance Copywriter

I am a performance marketer building a results-driven agency. I am looking for a Performance Copywriter who is obsessed with the Why behind the click. This isn't a role for someone who just generates AI scripts; it's for a psychological architect who wants to grow into a Creative Strategist.

The Role: Your primary focus is writing high-energy, scroll-stopping scripts for short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Paid Ads). However, you will also be responsible for the surrounding copy—Meta primary text, Google Search headlines, and creator briefs—to ensure our marketing angles are consistent across every channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video-First Scriptwriting: Craft 15–60 second scripts for organic and paid media with a relentless focus on the first 3 seconds (the hook).
• Multi-Channel Copy: Write high-performing Google Search ads and Meta primary text that complement our video creatives.
