Performance Creative Designer (Photo, Video)

Your Mission:

We are looking for a Performance Creative to join our remote team. This role is for a visual storyteller who understands conversion. You are a hybrid talent: equal parts Video Editor and Graphic Designer. If you know how to cut a video hook that stops the scroll in 3 seconds and design a thumbnail that demands a click, this is your playground.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Video Editing: Cut and produce compelling video ads from raw footage. This includes creating hooks, smooth transitions, text overlays, and visual effects that maximize watch time.
• Thumbnail Design: Design scroll-stopping thumbnails for videos that significantly improve click-through rates (CTR).
• Web & Email Graphics: Create high-quality visual assets for our e-commerce websites (banners, hero images) and engaging images for email marketing campaigns.
