Performance Creative Strategist (Meta Ads) for Anime Jewelry Brand

Role Overview  We are hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to lead the paid social creative direction for the brand.

This is not an entry-level role.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to turn creative insights and performance data into Meta ads that actually convert, not just content that looks good.

You will work closely with the founder, media buyers, editors, creators, and creative team to develop hooks, concepts, scripts, briefs, and ad angles that feel authentic to fandom culture while still performing strong direct-response ads.

We are looking for someone with strong creative judgment, solid paid social instincts, and hands-on experience creating or directing Meta ad creative for DTC/e-commerce brands.

You should understand what makes a Meta ad convert, from strong hooks and pacing to messaging and scroll-stopping visual direction.
