Performance Design and Sustainability Analyst

The Performance Design and Sustainability Analyst will support ADAS IDEAS in developing performance-led, climate-responsive and buildable design solutions for lightweight architecture, tensile membrane structures, ETFE systems, fabric facades, skylights, canopies, covered walkways and semi-outdoor public environments. Key Responsibilities: Use Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and visualization tools to support canopy geometry, facade studies, roof-form development and environmental design options. Develop parametric studies for shading devices, facade porosity, roof profiles, canopy modules, pattern logic, repeated components and design alternatives. Assist the ADAS team irrationalizing complex architectural forms into buildable modular or repeatable systems. Prepare diagrams, 3D models, renders, exploded axonometric and technical visuals for internal design review, client presentation and tender support.
