KPI Media is on the hunt for a Performance Director to take charge of our performance team and own the strategy for our most important clients. If you’re an expert in paid media, love leading teams, and have a head for both strategy and execution, we want you.

What you’ll be doing:

Client Strategy & Delivery (40%)

• Lead the performance strategy for all our Tier 1 clients – these are high‑stakes, high‑growth accounts.
• Make sure the team hits KPIs, manages budgets smartly, and delivers outcomes, not just outputs.
• Sign off on media plans, performance roadmaps, and strategic pivots.
• Guide new client onboarding — from audits to launch strategy.
• Work with our Data team to translate insights into action.
