**What** **You’ll** **Be Doing**

+ Drive performance improvement across aggregate operations to strengthen key financial and operational results.

+ Lead implementation of Minimum Operating Practices across assigned sites.

+ Embed the Aggregates Operating Model and Aggregates Management Handbook into daily operations.

+ Identifyand support operational best practices and new product or process improvement opportunities.

+ Monitor progress on improvement initiatives and collaborate with site teams to achieve performance goals.

+ Provide practical,hands-onguidance tooptimizeproduction processes.
