Performance Management

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. End-to-End Performance Governance

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve LLP governance frameworks covering transport, warehousing, customs brokerage, and value-added logistics services.

• Define and monitor end-to-end KPIs and SLAs across all 3PL providers and functional segments (order management, inbound/outbound, final mile, etc.).
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance governance reviews (MBR/QBR) with customers and service partners.
• Drive accountability through performance scorecards, root cause analysis, and action plans for non-conformance.

2. Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and manage centralized dashboards consolidating all 3PL/LLP performance metrics.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and cost/service optimization opportunities.
