Performance Management Speciaist

The Performance Management Specialist performs data collection, SLA monitoring, and performance metric validation across IT Operations. The role ensures operational consistency in reporting and supports improvement projects while mentoring Analysts in performance data practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track SLA and KPI metrics across business unit functions
• Validate data sources and escalate discrepancies or inconsistencies
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and analytics reports
• Ensure timely and accurate performance data submissions from Analysts
• Mentor junior Analysts on performance management and reporting standards
• Support monthly performance reviews and participate in audit walkthroughs
• Assist in improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
