We are seeking a Performance Management Specialist to lead the design and continuous improvement of our future performance system including priority goal setting, feedback, check-ins, and the annual review experience. 



In this role, you will be a thought partner, translate insights into clear business requirements, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure the experience is simple, scalable, and built for agility and impact.
