Performance Manager - Betfair Brazil

Reporting into the Head of Performance Analytics, the BF Brazil Performance Manager is responsible for leading performance analytics across Sportsbook, Gaming and Exchange, ensuring performance is clearly understood, effectively communicated and consistently acted upon.

The role combines hands-on analytical leadership with people and capability management. You will own performance reporting and narrative for BF Brazil, partner with senior stakeholders to drive decision-making, and play a central role in building and developing the onshore performance and analytics team in Brazil.

• Own and oversee clear, consistent BAU performance reporting across Sportsbook, Gaming and Exchange (weekly, monthly and event-based).
