Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• Build full-funnel paid media strategies across TikTok, Meta, Shopee Ads, and upcoming channels.
• Craft seasonal playbooks around key e-commerce moments (9.9, 11.11, Raya, Christmas, etc.).
• Define and track core KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, GMV MAX, CTR, conversion rate).
• Align ad storytelling with brand positioning by working closely with brand leads.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Launch, manage, and scale prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
