Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Create and test ad creatives, copies, and audiences to improve performance
Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Optimize funnels and landing pages in coordination with the design/team
Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and creatives
Track performance using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
Prepare performance reports and share insights with the team
