Experience: 3-6 years in B2C Performance Marketing
Location: Mohali
Work Schedule-Monday to Friday (7:30 PM-4:30 AM)
Focus: Lead generation for residential solar (B2C)
Drive qualified lead generation across the USA market. Own the entire funnel from click to consultation, optimizing campaigns using native AI tools in Google and Meta platforms.
Responsibilities
Build and scale campaigns: Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit
Generate high-quality leads across 6 states
Execute retargeting campaigns across Google Display, YouTube, Meta for non-converters
Deploy Google AI: Smart Bidding, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Responsive Search Ads
