Performance Marketer

We are seeking a Performance Marketer to join our Growth team, hybrid in Islamabad, Pakistan.

This is a full-time position.

Swapp is a car subscription platform based in Dubai that offers a digital, flexible, and affordable alternative to buying or leasing vehicles. Our platform provides customers with access to a wide range of vehicles, allowing them to swap cars as often as they like. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building scalable, tech-driven mobility solutions.

We are looking for a Performance marketer who can:

• Manage Media Buying:

Execute end-to-end campaign management for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, ensuring campaigns are structured for scale.
- Optimize Budget Allocation:

Autonomously manage a monthly budget, shifting budget dynamically between channels and campaigns to hit CPA and ROAS targets.
- Validate Data Accuracy:
