About the Role:
We're hiring an experienced performance marketing operator to take full ownership of day-to-day execution across Meta Ads and Google Ads from campaign setup and optimization to creative strategy, copywriting, reporting, and performance analysis.
This is not an entry level role. You'll work closely with the marketing lead and play a critical role in driving growth by consistently testing, learning, and scaling what works.
Responsibilities:
You'll manage the paid advertising engine end-to-end, including:
Planning, launching, and optimizing Meta and Google ad campaigns
Monitoring performance daily and optimizing budgets, targeting, and structure
Building and maintaining a structured, creative, and performance testing pipeline
Translating performance data into new creative angles, hooks, and iterations
