Performance Marketer

We are seeking a Performance Marketer to join our Growth team, hybrid in Islamabad, Pakistan.
This is a full-time position.

We are looking for a Performance marketer who can:
Manage Media Buying: Execute end-to-end campaign management for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, ensuring campaigns are structured for scale.
Optimize Budget Allocation: Autonomously manage a monthly budget, shifting budget dynamically between channels and campaigns to hit CPA and ROAS targets.
