Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns for our women's fashion clothing brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and revenue through data-driven advertising strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance platforms
• Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROAS
• Monitor daily performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and revenue
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, landing pages, and creatives
• Coordinate with design, content, and fashion teams for ad creatives and campaign concepts
