We're Hiring: Performance Marketer (Paid Ads Specialist)
We're looking for a Performance Marketer with proven experience in scaling paid advertising for lifestyle and perfume brands. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Meta Ads, has hands-on experience with Google Ads, and exposure to TikTok Ads. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, performance-focused, and ready to scale winning campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
• Assist in creating, testing, and scaling TikTok Ads (experience is a plus)
• Build audience strategies, creative testing frameworks, and funnel optimizations
• Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and placements
