Performance Marketer

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with strong experience in B2B marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and measurable ROI across paid digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize 
  B2B performance marketing campaigns
   across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other paid media channels
• Drive 
  high-quality lead generation
   aligned with sales and revenue targets
• Own campaign KPIs including 
  CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
• Develop and manage 
  full-funnel B2B campaigns
   (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
• Conduct 
  A/B testing
   on ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and lead quality

  tracking, pixels, and analytics
