Performance Marketer

We are launching an AI-powered learning app and we're looking for a
results-driven Performance Marketer
to lead our paid growth.

This is not a branding role.

This is a
numbers, testing, and optimization role.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and run
  Meta & TikTok app install campaigns
• Create ad creatives (basic editing via Canva / CapCut)
• Write high-converting English ad copy
• Set up & manage Pixels and app events tracking
• Track and analyze CPI, CPA, ROAS
• Optimize campaigns weekly based on performance data
• Test creatives, hooks, and messaging continuously
