We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join a globally recognised, family-owned, award-winning Mānuka honey brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is genuinely fluent in performance marketing and end-to-end execution, optimisation, and accountability.

You'll be working closely with a highly experienced Marketing Director (20+ years in agency environments), so this role requires confidence, competence, and real-world experience. The role is largely remote based with face to face once/per week.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage full-funnel performance marketing across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)

YouTube (including pre-roll)

Paid social & remarketing

Build and optimise conversion funnels using:
Shopify

Google Analytics

Google Tag Manager
