About the Role

We're a growing
US-based IT Managed Service Provider (MSP)
looking for a
results-driven Performance Marketer
to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts.

This role is not about vanity metrics or brand awareness. We are looking for someone who has
proven experience generating high-quality leads through paid channels
and can demonstrate real results.

If you've successfully run
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and funnel-driven campaigns
that consistently drive inbound leads, we want to talk.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Planning, launching, and optimizing
  paid advertising campaigns
  across:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
• Driving
  consistent, qualified leads
  for MSP services
