The role

We're looking for one person to own our paid acquisition and email/CRM performance end to end: Google Ads, Meta, and Klaviyo. This is a hands-in-the-accounts role, not a coordination role — you'll set strategy, build and optimise campaigns and flows yourself, and be accountable for the results.
