Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in running, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, creative with ad messaging, and confident in managing end-to-end performance funnels.

What will be your responsibilities?

Paid Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance channels
• Set up campaigns including targeting, creatives, budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
• Manage daily budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation

Optimization & Analysis

• Monitor key performance metrics: CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
