Job Description
- Own and scale performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels to drive high-quality leads and conversions
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI and ROAS
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and funnels through A/B testing and experimentation
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPA, CAC, conversion rates, LTV, and ROAS
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and conversion-focused assets
- Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, funnel analysis, and performance trends
