Performance Marketing Intern

**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Create, optimize, and manage performance ad campaigns,
- Develop and brief creative concepts, manage feedback loops with designers, and identify what works creatively across global markets for performance advertising.
- Prepare reports on key metrics, identify trends and patterns, and translate creative performance into actionable data,
**Job Requirements**:
- Comfortable in using spreadsheets to analyze marketing data (Google Sheets or Excel) and the ability to interpret data/graphs,
- Strong understanding of marketing and branding fundamentals, with a creative eye for performance elements,
- Excellent communication skills in English; able to explain creative rationale and feedback across teams,
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) is a plus,
