Performance Marketing Lead

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to lead and accelerate our performance advertising function. This role will spearhead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns while acting as a key point of contact for clients.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to build scalable performance frameworks, communicate confidently with clients, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Performance Strategy & Planning

• Develop and own end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Plan budgets, channel mix, and funnel strategies across paid platforms
• Define KPIs, targets, and measurement frameworks (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC)
