What you'll do
• Own end-to-end paid UA strategy across Meta, Google UAC, and emerging channels for 3+ apps • Drive the trial-to-subscription funnel (UPI Auto Pay-led monetization) • Set up creative testing pipelines, attribution, and MMP workflows (Apps Flyer / Adjust / Branch) • Partner with creative and UGC teams to ship 50+ ad variants a week • Build cohort-level ROAS models and own the spend P&L • Scale spend into 8-figure monthly budgets without breaking unit economics
You're a fit if
• 3 to 4 years scaling paid UA at a consumer app in India. Ideally Seekho, Elo Elo, Share Chat, Frnd, Kuku FM, Pratilipi, Stage, Chingari,...
