We're looking for a high-level Google Ads Manager to own and scale our paid search engine.This is not a set up campaigns and report back role. We need someone who understands:

• Customer acquisition economics
• LTV vs CAC dynamics
• Attribution complexity
• Conversion rate leverage
• Scaling without breaking profitability

We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand doing multi-7 figures per month, and Google is a major growth lever. We're looking for someone who can turn it into a predictable, scalable acquisition channel.

What You'll Own

• Full ownership of Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display)
• Campaign structure strategy & rebuilds when necessary
• Keyword expansion + competitor conquesting
