Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a
Performance Marketing Manager
to help us develop, execute, and optimize Valatam's online paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role will focus on generating high-quality leads (form fills and booked calls) and driving brand visibility among business owners and executives in North America & Canada.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns to ensure performance and ROI.
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with our design team for creative assets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, forms, and audience targeting and segmentation.
• Research and define target audiences and key segments based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
