Role Description
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition end-to-end including strategy, budgets, creatives, bidding, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance metrics deeply, takes quick decisions based on data, and continuously experiments to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
2. Own budget allocation, campaign performance, and ROAS targets.
