Performance Marketing Manager

Role Description It is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Dehradun. The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant ad networks. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring KPIs, running A/B tests, and adjusting bids, audiences, and creatives to improve return on ad spend. The role involves collaborating with designers, content specialists, and SEO experts to align performance campaigns with broader marketing strategies and landing page experiences. The manager will analyse campaign data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients to drive continuous improvement.
