Performance marketing manager

The Role

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist todrive targeted campaign execution and support pipeline growth for a dedicated UK MSP

This role is critical to activating newly acquired customer bases, improving campaign performance, and enabling cross-sell across multiple service lines.

You’ll work closely with the Group Head of Marketing to translate strategy intohigh-impact, data-led campaigns in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

Deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, Linked In, paid, content) Executetargeted campaigns by region, vertical, and service offering Support marketing initiatives aligned to pipeline generation

Data & Segmentation

Segment and manage customer/prospect data, including acquisition lists Activate data forcross-sell and upsell campaigns Maintain data quality within CRM and marketing platforms
