Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone who has actually managed and scaled paid campaigns for a women’s fashion or lifestyle brand and understands how creative, product, and performance come together. This role is for someone who wants ownership, not just execution.

What you’ll be responsible for

●    Managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and Google

●    Owning key numbers like revenue, ROAS, CAC, and spend efficiency
