This role focuses on leading the management and scale of Google Ads (Search, YouTube and App Install), Apple Search Ads, and OEM channels, ensuring performance benchmarks are met while maximizing scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, strategize, manage and optimize day-to-day operations for Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and OEMs
• Oversee a multi-million dollar monthly performance marketing budget
• Continuously improve campaigns by testing and iterating on structures, bidding algorithms, and other variables for growth
• Oversee relationships with multiple account representative teams
• Track, report, and analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, and internal BI
