Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview
REMI is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale proven demand once positioning, ICP, and messaging are clearly established. This role focuses on capturing existing demand efficiently, not creating a category from scratch. You will own paid acquisition channels and work closely with growth and product teams to turn validated messaging into predictable and measurable customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Scale paid acquisition across channels such as Google Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads where appropriate.
Translate proven messaging into high-performing ads and landing pages.
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve acquisition efficiency.
Manage and optimize paid marketing budgets with clear performance goals.
Own conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with growth and product teams to align paid traffic with activation and onboarding flows.
