The Company is in search of a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the paid acquisition engine with a focus on owning and scaling the paid media strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and optimizing a multi-million dollar media budget across various platforms, driving efficient growth, and developing tailored strategies for each channel. This role requires a deep understanding of key performance metrics and the ability to continuously improve them while maintaining efficiency. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creative strategy and development, testing and experimentation, seasonal planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of the performance marketing initiatives.
