About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in digital acquisition to scale our fintech app. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Google App Campaigns (UAC), Meta Ads and proven success in driving high-quality installs, optimizing post-install events, and maximizing ROI in a regulated fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize Google App Campaigns (UAC) to drive installs, sign-ups, and in-app transactions.
Define, track, and optimize performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention).
Manage and allocate budgets across channels to deliver efficient growth at scale.
Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to build creatives, test messaging, and optimize user funnels.
Run A/B and multivariate tests across targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives.
