Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop, execute, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta
(Facebook/Instagram), Linked In, You Tube, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing.
 Manage budgets and allocate spends efficiently to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
 Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
 Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI,
etc.
 Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business objectives.
 Implement strategies for lead generation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion rate
improvement.
