Job Description

Ogilvy Greece seeks to recruit a Performance Marketing Manager to join its award-winning team and one of its fastest-growing units. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, Paid Social, Display & Programmatic advertising. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in SEO and Analytics projects.

The manager will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results, optimize campaign performance, and stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance media (agency or client side).
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms, display advertising, and programmatic channels (e.g., DV360).
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Analytics, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
